14 pounds in 17 days...Amazing

I have lost 14 pounds and feel the inches melting away.
This diet is really changing the way I eat. I never used to like fish and now I eat it and enjoy it every day.
Vegis are awesome, so much fun finding new ways to eat healthy. Created a mango, garlic shrimp salsa lunch on Sunday. yum yum

Won the week contest for inches off - 13 inches in total, in seven days.
Since I have been on this diet I have yet to wake up in the middle of the night with heartburn. This was a nightly occurrence for me for the past ten years.
Feeling stronger and less tired all day.

another great day today. our ” biggest loser” for the day lost 19 pounds on her 10 day follow up visit. positively amazing! she has done a great job.
