I have traveled twice since I have started my diet with Bouari. Once was a fail and the other was a success.
I initially went to San Francisco and thought that if I just made healthy choices rather than stick to the diet, I would still lose weight…NOT.
Next, we got a condo in Florida, so I was able to cook my own meals. For the drive there and home, I had vitamin water, apple slices and a hard boiled egg. Enough to last the four hour drive. I brought fish and vegetables to cook while I was there and for a snack I purchased some Florida oranges.
Ice water with lemon kept me cool on the beach, and cut up orange slices were a great snack on the beach.
Mornings were Greek yogurt and fruit.
I lost two and a half pounds in the three days I was there!
